Hello!

My name is Tamara Manzo, and I’m a Realtor® serving the Portland Metro area with Dalton Wade Realty.

I hold a degree in Finance and bring an analytical, strategic approach to real estate. I help my clients evaluate opportunities, understand the numbers, navigate the market, and make confident, informed decisions throughout the buying or selling process.

Born and raised in Oregon, I have a deep familiarity with the communities and neighborhoods that make the Portland Metro area and Pacific Northwest such a desirable place to live. My local perspective, combined with my financial background, allows me to provide clients with thoughtful guidance tailored to their individual goals.

For more than 11 years, I’ve also co-owned and operated a construction and electrical contracting company. That experience gives me a perspective that can be particularly valuable in real estate. I understand construction, property condition, quality craftsmanship, project costs, and the factors that can affect a property's long-term value. Whether you’re evaluating a potential purchase or preparing a property for sale, I can bring that practical knowledge to the table.

I’ve always been fascinated by real estate, and I’m passionate about helping my clients make decisions that are both personally and financially rewarding. My goal is to make every transaction as smooth, strategic, and successful as possible while providing honest guidance every step of the way.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me coaching volleyball, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with family.
