Hi, I'm Sarah.

Real estate has always been more than just buying and selling homes to me. It's about helping people create opportunities for themselves and their families—whether that's buying a first home, building equity, moving into the next stage of life, or creating long-term wealth through real estate investments.

Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2017, I've had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers throughout Southwest Washington and Oregon navigate every stage of that journey. I love helping first-time buyers achieve homeownership, sellers maximize the value they've worked hard to build, and clients discover opportunities they may not have realized were possible.

My experience spans residential resale, new construction, remodeling, and investment real estate. Having personally climbed the property ladder through strategic home purchases, renovations, and real estate investments—including owning and operating a successful short-term rental—I understand many of the same decisions my clients face. My background in construction, permitting, and development also allows me to help clients identify opportunities, maximize value, and avoid potential pitfalls that others might overlook.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me traveling to our home in Nicaragua, exploring historic neighborhoods, tackling home improvement projects, or spending time with my family. I'm also a bit of a foodie, enjoy dabbling in homesteading, and am always looking for inspiration from the places and people I encounter along the way. Those experiences remind me that a home is more than just an investment—it's where life happens, memories are made, and futures are built.
